Flow takes 5 minutes to trigger, when email arrives in share

Hi,

My flow takes awhile to trigger. When I go into my flow and peek code I see the interval is 5 minutes.

Can I change this somehow?

If I try to it says it is in read only mode.

This is dependent upon your O365 plan.
