In my organization, the Business Central license is managed by a different team. So I made a Power Automate using a security group to assign the licenses. Another flow is created to notify the license holder's name by email. I collect information from the group members. Now I need to mention how many licenses are available to assign to new users. Need help to achieve that.
I am sharing the screenshot of the flow that I have created to get the members list of the licenses. We are using 2 types of licenses "Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials" & Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members
