Move excel file after changing it

Goodmorning, 

 

I'am new with power automate. I have a problem with excel and sharepoint. (sorry if the flow is in italian). 

 

after i change the excel file I try to move it from a folder to another, but still go in errore because "the file is locked". I try to put a 4 minute delay but still don't work. 

 

Pleas help me.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    Could you please explain the actions in your flow in English?

    What operation have you done to the excel file in the sharepoint? Update the excel file of create the excel file?

    Could you please share the run history of your flow when it has run failed?

    Could you please take a try to refer to my screenshot below to create the flow (Without an Apply to each in the flow):

    thank you for your answer.  The Flow should do: 

     

    1) Complete a Form - one of the field is the name of a company

    2) create a folder with the name of the company

    3) Copy a excel file 

    4) add the other field of the forms in the excel file 

     

    the problem is in step 3

    Why are your flow have the create file action before the copy file action? Which action run failed?

    Please share the screenshot of the flow, explain each action in your flow, share the run history, error message of the flow.
