Sending an email based on condition

Hi. I am having a small issue with sending an email when conditions are met. So here is the verdict.

I have set many groups A-F. I am just showing groups A and B here in the image. Each group has a different set of recipients. I am included in all groups so I get a copy when conditions of any of the groups are met. I have another step so that if none of the conditions meet I only get an email.

The issue is that when let's say one of the conditions in Group A is met, the email gets sent out successfully, however, I get two copies, one from the one with the group, the other is just myself. So becomes a duplicate.

When none is met I do get only one email which makes sense from the flow.

I tried putting the email for myself in the "if no" condition for each group, but then I get too many duplicates.

I just need help sorting out this logic. Thanks!

    Hi @amdb11 ,

If you use actions that run in parallel, each branch will move on to the same next step after running the condition, which is similar to apply to each.

You can modify your flow in this way, and set a variable, and when each condition does not meet, increase the value of this variable by one, and determine whether to send only one email by the variable value.

Flow works well I tested few times and it works as I want it to. However, the run when it stops at one of the groups shows as failed for the next step. Is there a way to fix the Failed run outcome?
