Weird Error inside the cases when i use a Switch

Hi guys,

I'm having a weird issue, maybe is a kind of a bug...

I am building a flow  that retrieves info from a form submitted by an user and depending on that, a list item in Sharepoint needs to be updated. But this process depends on the current day of the week(Monday - Friday), so after getting te sharepoint item that will be updated, i set a Switch to verify the current day of the week and depending on the Case  do the proper process. However, when i try to use the switch and set the event regarding to "update an item"  inside a Case i'm getting the error below:

error flow1.jpg

I tested this "update item" event outside the Switch and it's working just fine, also if i leave the switch Cases empty, it works fine. The issue is when i set any event process inside a Case for this particular Switch...the same error as above keeps showing up for this scenario.

Does anybody has any clue why is this happening????  ...i can't use nested IFs because of my validations are greater than the max permited as 8, and of course is not a good approach.

Is this a bug?????

    @memax :
    Can you post a screen shot of your Flow in design view?
