I have a SharePoint list with the below info (Screenshot 1).
 
How do I set up my flow to get these items and create an item in a separate SP list where each date/flight is created for each crewmember (PIC, SIC, FA) Like in Screenshot 2?

    Try this format in the Items of the Gallery - note the data sample utilised is subject to your Data Row Limit as there are many "local" functions in there, so I have used the newest records.
