When Item change trigger not detecting Choice field changes

I have a flow that triggers when a item changes.

It detects a change in version but when I "Get changes for an item", the changed choice field that triggered the flow, shows a "false".

I need to send an email only when the choice field changes. What do you suggest if it keeps saying that the choice didn't change?

In the image you can see the previous value, which was Approved and the current, which is Pending.

Hi @keylama,

When you configure the Get changes for an item or file action, compare current version of item with the previous one, you should set the Since parameter to (current version - 1), for example, this is the expression in the Since parameter, convert current version number to float and use the add() function sub 1:

add(float(triggerOutputs()?['body/{VersionNumber}']),-1)
