Cannot get the new Acumatica connection to work

I'm trying to use the new Acumatica connector functionality. It seemed pretty straight forward, in Acumatica under Connected Applications I created a new Client ID and Secret. Then on the Flow side I created a new connection to Acumatica, then filled in my URL, username and password, client ID and secret. I created a new flow to insert a new customer in Acumatica from a Microsoft Form. When I run it I get an error that says "you are not logged in". There is no documentation on setting up a new Acumatica connection. Has anyone successfully gotten the new Acumatica connection to work?

If you want to see full article along with screenshots, you can go to our website.
    1. Access Power Automate:

    2.

      Establish a New Connection:

      • Click on "New Connection".

      • Locate Acumatica (noting it's in preview) and click the plus icon to add it.

      •

    3.

      Configure Connection Details:

      • Input your Acumatica Domain URL, Username, and Password.

      • For Client ID and Client Secret, generate these in Acumatica:

        • Navigate to Connected Applications in Acumatica.

        • Add a new application with a memorable name and select the Authorization Code flow.

        • After saving, retrieve the Client Secret and note the Client ID.

        •

      •

    4.

Complete the Connection in Power Automate:

      • Enter the Client ID and Client Secret obtained from Acumatica into Power Automate.

      •
Once connected, the Acumatica connector in Power Automate offers functionalities such as creating, updating, retrieving, or deleting Cases, Customers, and Opportunities. The author notes that while the connector currently supports 12 operations, this range is quite comprehensive.

Hi - were you able to figure this out? We are having the same issue and there is no documentation to be found. Let me know. And thanks in advance.

Also that article you linked is old and explains how to connect to Acumatica using REST API. I am trying to use the new Acumatica connector that was recently added to Flow.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please explain more details about how you create the connection?

There is a link to Acumatica and Microsoft Flow:

    https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2016/12/acumatica-and-microsoft-flow.html

You could take a try with this document and please let me know if your problem could be solved.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
