Hello Community!

I have created a Power Automate workflow which runs successfully, however when I try to open the file using .docx or .PDF file extension in a SharePoint document library, it doesn't open.

The error message I get from Microsoft Word online is: "file cannot be opened for editing"
The error message I get when I try and open the .PDF file is "Failed to load PDF Document"

I also created a .txt file to check whether the data was being retrieved correctly by the flow to which there was none!

Can anyone advise where I'm going wrong in this flow please or how to get around this issue? Thank you!

Try creating the HTML file first and use the convert file action (both OneDrive for Business actions). After that you can use the encoded file content to create the pdf file in SharePoint.

    Below is an example

    Happy to help out 😁

Awesome, thank you so much! I've successfully created a workflow that does just that!
