Dataverse Not Working

I have created a few tables in Power Apps and published them. In Copilot Studio, I connected those tables in the knowledge section. However, the problem is that the table is still in "in progress" status. I've been waiting for more than 10 hours, but it's not working.

You can just check the connection by viewing the preview.

In the Knowledge Source, Click and Open the dataverse.

Click on the Preview tab. If connection is good, it will display the results. You can change different tables and verify if you get records in preview.

    Thanks.

    Dataverse Not Working
    Hello Vinoth Selvam,

    * In Copilot Studio, check the Connections section and revalidate the connection between the studio and your data source.

In the point mentioned above, How and where can I check connections (dataverse & copilot)?
If you can share a screenshot or just answer the question, It will be very helpful.

    Thank you.

In Progress in general means the table data is getting indexed. But if it occurs for long time, try the below

    • Go to Power Apps and verify if the tables are correctly published and available.
    • In Copilot Studio, check the Connections section and revalidate the connection between the studio and your data source.
    • Sometimes, data can take time to sync depending on the load and server conditions. It could be a temporary issue with the syncing service, so it's worth waiting a bit longer and refreshing the connection.
    • Make sure that the permissions for the tables are properly configured. If Copilot Studio doesn’t have access to the tables, they might not fully sync or get stuck.

If none works, you can just raise a new ticket with Microsoft support.

    Thanks.

    Dataverse Not Working
I have created a table with 3 columns and 10 records, something very basic and when I connect it from copilot it appears 'in progress'.
    I'm in Europe, Spain.
Has it been solved for you?, is it still happening?

This was solved by MS, it seems. No longer happening, we opened a ticket and they told us it was a preview feature that was being fixed without a deadline and now it's fixed.

I can confirm that we have the same issue trying to load 3 dataverse tables (each with an average of 1000 rows and 100 columns, so not huge tables) as a knowledge source in Copilot a weeks or so ago in UK South. We left this running for days and still has not completed

We tried smaller single tables (100 rows 60 columns) and these still take a very long time to load.

This is a major issue for us and these feature is currently "unusable" but aware the Dataverse in Copilot is "preview" (for us at least).

Will MS look at this issue since it seems to be a problem for several users

Still having the same issue. How about the others who encountered it, any updates?
    Thank you.

I also encountered this issue. It is stuck in "In progress" status.
Thank you for posting it here.
