Automated Payroll Email Reminders

I send out biweekly emails to my staff on the 15th and 30/31st of every month, reminding them to complete their timesheets. The email states: 

 

Please enter your hours for 09/16/2024– 09/30/2024 by end-of-day 10/01/2024. 

I would like to set up an automation that sends these emails, but changes the dates (for example: 10/01/2024 - 10/15/2024 by end of day 10/16/2024). 

I would also like this message to be posted on our Teams channel. 

 

Could someone please walk me through a process that would work for this?
