Hello,
I need to implement a notification system via email that will notify the person in charge of each brand (own entity) if an Opportunity of the brand in question has not been modified for more than 3 months.
There are 3 managers, each one has a brand, but they do not own the opportunity.
To sum up
If Brand = A and modification date = more than 3 months ago -> Sent email to John
If Brand = B and modification date = more than 3 months ago -> Sent email to Pedro
If Brand = C and modification date = more than 3 months ago -> Sent email to Pierre
I usually work with regular process, i'm new with flows and looks more complex for me. Hope somebody can helps. And Sorry for my english
