Selecting a file to import

Using Power Automate flow, Is it possible to import a file (csv) like follows?
1. Start the flow

2. Get prompted to select a file

3. Continue with the import

 

Please advise.

    No, not if you are using Power Automate Flow (Cloud), possibly with Desktop.
