I have been attempting to get a JWT (apparently pronounced 'jot') to allow a connection to BMC Helix from inside a Power Automate Flow. I have confirmed that the username and password are correct. The request to the Helix Server triggers an "InternalServerError" with no further description.
...which results in;
I have tried innumerable permutations of syntax. I have included the parameters in the URI. I even said prayers and ran backwards round the house three times with a flip over the dog for a finale, but I get the same result each time.
Please save my dog; the next trick is a doozy.
This has now been resolved. The issue was a syntax error. There is a colon erroneously placed in the header after Content-Type.
Microsoft's "InternalServerError" message was entirely unhelpful.
Helix is not in the Tenant and I get an error message when I attempt to make a connection. Could be user error, and will play with it further. Thanks for the suggestion.
