Hello Team,

I am getting Bad Gateway error in "when a new email arrives in Shared mailbox" trigger in PowerAutomate flow. Do i need to login with Shared Mailbox credentials in trigger connection? Or is there a way to directly write a flow for a Shared mailbox without having its credentials? Please assist.

Note: for the Shared Mailbox, sign-in is blocked in admin centre.

    Hi @uiit3155 ,

There are two methods for your reference.

1.Ask your administrator for maximum permissions for the shared mailbox.

2.Ask the administrator to open sign-in for the shared mailbox, and then create a connection.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon

After opening of sign-in for that mailbox, do i need to ask admin for credentials of that mailbox to create the connection?

    Hi @uiit3155 ,

What do you mean by credentials? Email password or email permission.

If you have a password and can sign in to the mailbox, you can create a connection to the mailbox without having to ask your administrator for permissions.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
