hi, I have a problem that is quite confused. When I take data from Excel with a long sentence, then I use "Send Keys" The result is that every new line will turn into? But when I use the Display Message it does not appear. Does anyone know my problem here?

Why do you want to use send hot keys...if you want to split the text you can use split text and populate text on field.

otherwise please explain the scenario little bit more.

    Hope this helps

    Hi @zkcid ,

i would really suggest to use "Read from Excel Worksheet  " Actions form Excel activities instead send keys and you can play around with the output data from " Read from Excel Worksheet " like : ExcelData such as spliting text, joining text etc etc  , send keys always gives negative error on excel.

    hope this make sense,

    Lateef

I just want to copy text from Excel to Word. Every time there is a new line a "?" sign will appear. and until now have not found a solution. but there is another alternative by editing the format in Excel.

Could you please share a sample excel and mention what text you want to copy

so that I just give a try and get back to you.

The file is no longer there, because my hard disk was damaged a few days ago. 😅
