Creating a list item or task from One Note

Can I create a task in Planner or transfer an item into a List from One Note? We are using One Note for note taking, but I want to them transfer items automatically from items listed under Action Items into either a pre-defined list or into a Planner task.
 
 
1. While taking notes during the meeting, the intent is being able to take each item in the Action Items section of the page that contains a tag and having those action items copied to a List item or Team Planner as a task.
2. In the Key Decisions, the intent is being able to take each item listed in the Key Decisions section of the page  that contains a tag and having those actions copied to another Section within the note book. 
 
Although it is preferred to have the trigger be automatic, can I create a power automate trigger/workflow that would then be manually triggered?
 
I'm just trying to prevent having to do all of the manually copy paste from one app to another. 
 
The other question would be: Could/should I do this in Loop and then will it automatically create Action Items and Decisions and put them into a One Note, List and or Planner for future action and reference?

    Yeah - it seems to be possible - but need details on how notes is structured in one note ?

    Not sure this will work as you expect it to. If you expect it to be automated then no, the triggers are 
    not from items listed under Action items.
    Manually triggering would require identifying the note to retrieve the data from and the specific list items to be added.
    Not sure what type of notes you take but you could create a note taking solution using lists and use power automate to add tasks to planner.
