Hi,
I am trying to extract Outlook mail body text by converting html to text using split(). When I stored the final output in CSV file, it gave some special characters like Â, â,€“,[,\. Can anyone help out with a solution? Thanks!!

Thank you, but it did not work out entirely. I could not remove 'Â','â','€' special characters from the text. Is there any other solution for this?
