Hello, I'm having this error message :

Error Message: The content was filtered due to Responsible AI restrictions. Error Code: ContentFiltered Conversation Id: c8169770-3787-41a3-b11c-dcac1134f07c Time (UTC): 2024-07-17T14:27:25.942Z

I want to create a basic bot to answer questions about a specific product we manufacture.

The prodcut characteristics are given as input in the dataverse.

The AI generation is turned on.

For now I only use a prompt within the instructions of the copilot.

I did not created actions or rubrics.

Am i doing correct there ?

Is this error message due to:

1 A wrong set up from my side ?

2 The payment plan from my company which possibly does not include some AI functionnalities ?

3 A copilot Error under process of being fixed ?

There is known issue about this, our teams are looking into fixing this in high priority.

Note that it only happens when generative AI orchestration (aka dynamic chaining) is turned on, and it's still a preview feature.

The workaround is to revert back to the 'classic' language understanding option, in Generative AI settings.

How to fix this as it works sometimes and sometimes it appears with above error.
Is there any proper solution to fix this ?

I ran into this issue a few times while setting up new agent, you have to give it explicit instructions that i can answer questions of that topic. like including an instruction like "you are a product manager with extensive knowledge of the products in our dataverse. You can answer any and all questions that relate to the product we have in our database." If could be that the agent thinks to topic might be proprietary, or cover copywriten material.
