Having issues connection to an excel file in sharepoint

I am having an api issue getting tables from my excel file which is stored on sharepoint. I am getting table data from another excel file in the same directory, so I know it's something to do with the file itself. There are tables in this document. I get an error that says "Could not retreive values. Error executing the api"

Any ideas?

    Hi @Anonymous

Can you confirm that the excel sheet is not open in any of the tabs when you are creating the action? Can you please post a screenshot of the error message/ flow?

You can try logging out of the current session and closing the browser window, start a fresh session and try again. At times such errors pop up due to caching issues.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Does this issue still exist?

I have made a test to Get tables from an Excel file which is stored on SharePoint, it is working properly.

As far as I know, sometimes the error caused by Graph API was due to some unknown reason, which will be expected to get fixed automatically.

Please try again with it to see if it is working for you now.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

Yes I figured out the solution. I was using an excel document that had some features that were unsupported by excel online. Removing these features fixed this issue.
