Parallel Approval Workflow - Multiple Persons

I have been trying to scour the forums for some ideas of how to create parallel approval workflow which fits the below scenario, however I haven't had much luck - any help would be appreciated.

Here is the workflow idea I'm trying to implement:

  1. Whenever a new entry is added to the Event Calendar List in SharePoint, I want to send an approval request to one or multiple individuals assigned to that entry. To determine the approvers, I'm using a field on the list called 'Responsible Persons' which allows the selection of a person or group. However, when using the 'Start and wait for an approval' workflow action, only the first person selected receives the approval request, even if there are multiple approvers assigned. This approach doesn't work if I want to send the request to all assigned approvers.

  2. I need the approval requests to be sent in parallel to all assigned approvers, without being dependent on the approval of a specific person before proceeding. In other words, each assigned approver should have the ability to approve or reject the request independently, and the workflow should continue based on the overall result (e.g., approval if the majority of assigned approvers approve).

Any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this parallel approval workflow with multiple approvers would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

    Hi @Marlon89 ,

According to your screenshots and description, you will get items from SharePoint and then in "Apply to each" you will send independent approval to each approver, so that their responses won't influence each other.

    1. May I know how many approvers are there?

To concurrent send approvals to as more approvers as we can and wait for their responses at the same time, you need to turn on "Apply to each" Concurrency Control and drag it to 50. So that the apply to each will send approvals to 50 users and once anyone make response, next approval will be sent out next.

    2. refer to my demo for solution:
