yes I am getting similar errors with Excel (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Connectors/Excel-Connector-failing-with-Permissions-Issue/td-p/2680011) and when I check the Outlook connector it says it's fine but if you select it I see the same message as you.

Looks like MS have an issue with connectors.

Thanks. Hopefully MS can apply a fix.

I have the same issue. Starting yesterday, my connections to office apps Excel/Outlook/Onedrive all became invalid. I get the "Name cannot be null or empty." error. Logging out/in does not resolve the issue. I also tried building a flow with Google sheets, and that returned with the same error.

Thanks! Hopefully it is a known error that MS can fix ASAP.
