401 Unauthorized Create Item for some users

Hi everyone,

I created a flow that when a PowerApps button is pressed it will add information about the user who pressed it to a SharePoint List. While testing with my team it worked great. Now that we have opened it to a larger audience 75% of the time the flow fails stating 401 "Unauthorized" on the Create Item part of the flow.

I'm trying to figure out why the flow will work sometimes but not others, any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

So apparently I'm a fool. This was just a sharepoint permission issue. I needed to allow visitors the right to add items to a list. Once the list permissions were modified it began to work perfectly.
