Hi! I'm trying to post an approval adaptive card to teams as a user instead of Flow Bot. It works flawlessly when posting as Flow Bot, but I've been receiving complaints on people not looking at the "Power Automate" chats in Teams. Instead, I'm trying to post as the service account I'm using. I'm able to send regular messages in Teams when signed in as the account, and also through Power Automate.

The issue when post a card as "User", it's not receiving the adaptive card response. I click the response, then click submit, and it's not prompting that the response is submitted like it usually does. It just greys out the Submit button like it's trying to send the response back to Power Automate, and "Wait for an approval" never completes in my Power Automate flow.

How do I get Power Automate to recognize the response is submitted in Teams?
