SharePoint list views not displaying in dropdown

Hi all - I used Power Automate to create lsit views, I'm probably just missing something in the step seen below, just not sure what because when I go to my list, the drop down only shows the "All Items" view and not all of the other 12 views.  Not sure why?  I've also attached an image of the dropdown, and then an image of the list settings for this view where you can see the other 12 views.  I can click on those and eventually open the view, but I need all of them to show in the dropdown.....is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

    Have you tried changing yours from HTML view to SP.View type?

    Hi Michael, thanks so much for your reply....I had also used this, and still got the same result:

    { '__metadata': { 'type': 'SP.View' }, 'Title': '@{items('Apply_to_each_Unique_Report_Categories_2')}', 'PersonalView': false, 'ViewQuery':'<Where><BeginsWith><FieldRef Name=\"ReportCategories\" /><Value Type="Text">@{items('Apply_to_each_Unique_Report_Categories_2')}</Value></BeginsWith></Where>'}
