CSV attachment of Email to store it in a sharepoint list

Hi 

I have a csv file getting in an email. I have to extract that csv file entirely to a sharepoint list.

Csv file has total of 1lakh rows data. So, whether it is feasible to fetch 1 lakh data in sharepoint list
