We are trying to retrieve from Workday the Management Level of users for use in a workflow where folks with different Management Levels are able to approve different dollar amount requests.
Our understanding from the Microsoft documentation is that this can be retrieved by using the Workday Get Employee Employment Info connector, and that Management Level will be contained within the job_Profile_Summary_Data array.
However, even though we have given access in Workday to all the items in the array - Job Profile ID Type, Job Profile ID, Job Exempt, Management Level ID Type, Management Level ID, Job Category ID Type, Job Category ID, Job Prifle Name, Work Shift Required, Critical Job, Difficulty To Fill ID Type, Difficulty To Fill ID - only the following items are being returned:
What could we be doing wrong/ has anyone successfully managed to retrieve any of the other items in this array?
