Flow doesn't work for colleagues. No "Run only" option. Completion of MS Forms is the trigger...

Dear All,

we are a small outpatient care company with some locations. We try to digitize as much as possible.

I setup a form in combination with a flow to create a PDF from the answers and send this file with the attachment uploaded in the form as an email to someone. In between there is also an approval workflow for the supervisor. Unfortunately, nobody except me can use the form as intended.

I tried the following:

- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/create-team-flows

- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/share-cloud-flow/share-run-only

But it seems like, that i have the wrong trigger at the beginning... I cant share the flow "run only". As i said in the beginning, we are a small outpatient care company. Therefore i am a beginner. But the flow works fine for me!....

As an example/orientation to create the flow i used the following: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVIWDRjPKUk&list=PLgFAeySZ0EnJQzGaqlJHWab3SPOopxFMm&index=1&t=842s

Do you have an idea to get the right trigger so i can share the form as intended? If i can share it via "run only" i could amend the connections to the user itself (if i read it correctly)...

Or is the part with OneDrive in the flow the problem? Do i have to use SharePoint?

I am the M365 Admin in the company. Therefore i can amend any global options if needed to get this flow going.

Thank you very much in advance!

Best regards

Thimmo

    Which action fails for other users and what is the error message?

    Everybody in your company should be able to run the flow since it's actually triggered by them submitting a Microsoft Form, so assuming one of the actions is causing the issue.

    The error message in Power Automate is the following:

    Unable to process template language expressions in action 'JSON_analysieren' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'Required property 'content' expects a value but got null. Path ''.'.

    When I send out the form the error doesn't occur... A colleague of mine tested it, sent out the form and I got the error above (see attachment).

    Thank you very much for the reply!

    Can you show what you are passing into the action JSON_analysieren?

    The Content is the Question in the form that asks to upload a file. Only one file is allowed.

    I copied the statement from the internet, as I got told, that its the same.

    The JSON states as the following:

    {
        "type""array",
        "items": {
            "type""object",
            "properties": {
                "name": {
                    "type""string"
                },
                "link": {
                    "type""string"
                },
                "id": {
                    "type""string"
                },
                "type": {},
                "size": {
                    "type""integer"
                },
                "referenceId": {
                    "type""string"
                },
                "driveId": {
                    "type""string"
                },
                "status": {
                    "type""integer"
                },
                "uploadSessionUrl": {}
            },
            "required": [
                "name",
                "link",
                "id",
                "type",
                "size",
                "referenceId",
                "driveId",
                "status",
                "uploadSessionUrl"
            ]
        }
    }

    I got it by myself. Rookie mistake alert! The form itself was stored on a sharepoint site where nobody except me got the access.... Since i move it to our mandatory teams (sharepoint). The Flow runs smoothly.

    either way, thank you very much @grantjenkins for the response!
