2 way calendar sync with updates

I am setting up a flow that lets me add a calendar event to my office 365 account for work and it instantly adds it to my personal outlook.com (using office 365 home) account.

I have a few questions though :

1. how do i stop the nbody of the event showing html ?

2. How can i get it to update the event if something changes, this keeps creating an error and fails to do so.

3. can i have the create and update of events happen in a single flow or do i have to keep them separate ?

4. can i set it up so i can edit, delete or create an event on either calendar and it syncs with the other one. for example, an event made on one calendar, syncs to other calendar, and then within the 2nd calendar it is edited and the original calendar also uipdates ?

Any help would be amazing thanks

    Hi @freakypeach,

For question 1, consider take use of the convert HTML to text action:

    Content Conversion service

Question 2 and 3, there is no way to combine the create and Update in a single flow.  To update an Event, we need to create another Flow, and needs to filter the created events from the Personal account, with a Event Marker added in the Sync flow.

For question 4, yes, see my posts in the following thread:

Two-way sync with calendars, check for existing event

The logic should be the same for the Event update.

Post back if you have any further questions.

    Regards,

    Michael
