How to know how many records in a collection?

Hi

I'm trying to count number of records in one of my collections. I tried to CountRows (collectionName), but since the records are more than 2000, i can only see 2000. Is there a way to have a workaround?

The CountRows function works well on collections for this, but did you run into a delegation problem loading this collection?

    OK, two things to try:

First, replace the CountRows with CountIf(collectionName, true). If it gives you the same number as CountRows (2000) and you are confident there are more than 2000 records, then the query that is filling your collection is hitting delegable limits.

To get the collection working property, break it up into pieces and then combine the pieces. I am guessing you are using a Sharepoint list, which limits at 2000 items. This blog gives the workaround to break up your list into smaller pieces for creating your collection.
