The short answer is that there are no good tools (yet) that can automatically convert UiPath scripts to PA desktop flows.
My company helps clients convert from UiPath to PAD and the success of such migration projects is generally dependent on having a good business understanding of the processes that you are migrating, as well as technical familiarity with both RPA platforms.
