I'm looking for some assistance regarding creating a flow to auto archive emails into our shared mailbox. I'd like every email that is older than 45 days from today's date, AND not categorised in the inbox, to be moved to the 'Archive' folder.
to get emails within a certain data range you can use the following syntax in the Search Query of the Get Emails V3 action
received:2025-01-01..2025-01-31
Use AddDays(UtcNow(),-45) to get the ending date and Format DateTime to format it. Then supply whatever start date you want.
But the problem will be filtering out the categorised emails since the category is not included in the properties of the get date and there is no way to $Search for uncategorized emails.
