Converting Leads to Contacts in Dynamics 365 - Ambiguous binding is present.

Hi

I'm trying to convert all the Leads in Dynamics to Contacts but I'm getting the following error:

Ambiguous binding is present. Resolve by sending lookup_type property.

Here's my flow (can't work out how to get this to show the image so here's a link)

Any ideas how I can resolve the error?
