To answer your question, I don't specifically have access to send email from the Shared Mailbox. But I've assigned Colleague2 as an owner in the Flow. Colleague2 has access to send email from the Shared Mailbox we'll call "ACP". And it is from ACP that I wish to send emails from through the Flow.
As an aside, I also have access to a shared mailbox we'll call "PI". I have verified that I can send emails using the Flow Shared Mailbox action and it sends from mailbox PI.
Again, my problem is that I want the mail to come from the ACP mailbox and it is not working.
Does this potentially have something to do with setting up or assigning new owners to the Flow? Does the original creator (me) of the Flow have more authority then subsequent Flow Owners (Colleague2) added after the Flow is created?
Additionally, my Flow Home (landing page) is different from yours and I don't have the ability to see which shared mailboxes I have access to in Flow. In the second image below I also tried going into the Admin Centre via the 'gear icon' and I didn't see what you have on your screen.
