Using Get Items to get additional information after List is updated

I have a flow created that pulls additional information associated with an Emp ID when a new entry is made to a List. I am using "Get items" to look up the Emp ID number and then using the information found to form a new list. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not and I can't figure out what is wrong. The flow doesn't usually fail, but the information does not get updated on the new list.

I am a very new Power Automate user. Appreciate any help. I am including screenshots of my current flow below.

Hi @jawerts ，
Can you show the output after Flow execution?
For example, the output of [get item], if the filtering conditions are not filtered out, the value in Output will appear to be empty.

attached is one that did not work. Again, it says "Succeeded" but if you look at the results, nothing was updated in the List. The ID number definitely exists in the List and matches exactly. Others have worked fine. I cannot figure out why some work, some do not.

Hi @jawerts ,
Does the Volunteer Time out Emp ID column you use correspond to the VTO Staffing Report Title column?
If not, there is no way to filter out the results. Judging from the screenshot you provided, the corresponding value is not filtered out.

Do you mean do the values in each correspond - in other words, does the Emp ID match the Title -- if that is what you are asking, then yes. The values are the same -- and when the values are the same, sometimes it updates the list and sometimes it does not.
