Using Microsoft Shifts to Synchronise our entire Teams Calendar into individual Outlook calendars for those members.

I've been agonizing over this for days now and just cannot get it to work.

 

I've tried a few different examples that have been put out over the years but I am not able to get them synced.

 

Does anybody have any solutions / idea's?
