Hello All. I'm looking for a flow app that allows my team members to digitally sign in with their mobiel phones, or laptops. I require all participants to sign in for attendance verification. However, we are moving paperless and we can't keep signing a ton of sheets of paper for meeting sign in. I could use my iPad NotePad and have people sign in with a finger signature but it is clumsy. Appreciate any help.

I would suggest you could implement Microsoft Kaizala if it is available in your reason. The benefits of using this app is:

1. It is a microsoft app and can be authentiacted with AD.

2. You can create a group and add members to it and these are within organisation and you can set many limits on that.

3. You can send an action (Attendance) that has many features inbuilt (location, clocked time in, out etc.)

4. Now create a flow triggered by an action response to check if everyone has responded to the attendance action and if not keep sending them message every hour until they have signed. This can further be stored to sharepoint/ analysed on Power BI etc.
