Power Automate - Building Flows

Site address will not appear in Power Automate

I am trying to build a flow where when I upload a weekly report, an email is sent to those who will be using it in their calls with clients that week. I draft the report and they then fill in details that they are aware of for the program director on the call.

When I'm setting the parameters, the site address I need and am a member of will not appear. It is a site I am following and upload to regularly. I tried adding it as a custom value:

Custom Value for Site Address: https://xxxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/ProgramDirectors

(XX = Redaction)

No list names appear, so when I try to enter the list name as a custom value, I get the following error:

Failed to retrieve dynamic outputs. As a result, this operation's outputs might not be visible in subsequent actions. Error details: The dynamic operation request to API 'sharepointonline' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "status": 404, "message": "List not found\r\nclientRequestId: 95921c59-86d5-40de-8950-b96b8acdcc23\r\nserviceRequestId: 95921c59-86d5-40de-8950-b96b8acdcc23" }

I've seen several solutions

1) Add as a custom value (done that, didn't work)

2) Upload a document and refresh (I've been adding to this site regularly)

Any other ideas out there?

    Site address will not appear in Power Automate
    I had the same issue recently. Sometimes the SharePoint trigger will not list all of the sites that the user has access to... Here's how I fixed it:

    1. I entered the SharePoint site URL to the "Site Address" field of the "When a file is created (properties only)" SharePoint trigger.
    2. I test-ran the flow and got the 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound' error on the flow details page.
    3. I went back to the edit screen and opened the trigger settings flyout. This time, the site I wanted to monitor was listed in the "Site Address" dropdown menu. I selected it, saved the flow and re-tested it - and now it worked as expected.
