Hi all,
I have created a basic Power Apps with SharePoint list as a database. The issue I have is I have inserted an image to the Power App form as a guideline for end users. The Image is inserted on the top of the page, however every time the users scroll down the image is also moving down. how can I make the image stay on the top.

Do you want the image control to slide along with the slider on the right?
The key is that this slider belongs to the Form control, and it cannot control the controls outside the Form control. If you want the image to disappear as you slide this slider, then you need to add the image to the Form:
Select the data card control at the top of the form and insert an image control in it
The Result:
Drag the slider, you can see that the picture gradually disappears at the top of the screen
