Parameter 'Attachment Content' cannot be null or empty. - after sending 22 emails with attachments successfully, I got an error

Hi,

I created a workflow to send emails with attachments, based on the Excel table. Name of the files are in the column "Attachments" and files are in the Sharepoint folder. Flow runs perfectly until 23rd item out of 130 - can you please advice?
