Hi,
I've been trying to save the shared mail box attachment into documents. for that i've been using get attachments and i've been getting the following error "item id doesn't belongs to the targeted mailbox"
The Get Attachment content doesn't support the shared mail box, for that you can use the work around steps provided in the link shared below
