Guys,
How does the Get Manager approval function work if the manager is off? Who does the approval go to?
The approval will still go to the manager even if the manager is on leave or otherwise unavailable.
You may want to consider doing an approval escalation - if the approval has not been acted on for a specified period of time, that approval action will be cancelled and a new approval action started and assigned to someone else.
