Extracting attachments from .msg file saved to sharping

i have looked around and still cannot figure out the easiest way (that works) to extract attachments from a .msg file that is saved to sharepoint. Basically anytime I save an email to a folder in sharepoint I would like for it to automatically pull any attachments in that email and save them along side the .msg file in the same folder. Any help with this is greatly appreciated
