I'm trying to create a new bot with Generative Answers enabled, but the option is greyed out. I'm in the US (I know the option is unavailable in other regions), so region isn't it. What else do I need to check or change for access to the feature?
@SenecaRapson There are several a few requirements needed to use the Generative Answers feature
-- Mike Bonincontri
My attempt to create a bot should meet all of those requirements.
Is there a way to get MS support for the particular account to see what exactly is blocking the feature?
@SenecaRapson What behavior are you seeing? Can you provide any screen shots of what you are seeing/how your bot is configured?Did you enable the conversation boost feature on the AI capabilities settings page? You can provide this information via a private message if you prefer, I'll take a quick look to see if I can determine why the feature is not working for you. Or you can raise the issue with Microsoft support. See how to contact Microsoft support for Power Virtual Agents
On this screen while trying to setup a bot, the enter your website is greyed out and there's no discernible option to have it become enterable.
If your bot meets the requirements, then the website field should be enabled when creating a bot. After creating the bot, are you able to enable the generative answers feature on the AI capabilities setting page? Note you need to click save at the top of the page after enabling.
If you still cannot enable the feature, I recommend you contact Microsoft support. See how to contact Microsoft support for Power Virtual Agents-- Mike Bonincontri
