Power virtual agent in Team app throwing authentication error and transfer to agent not working

I have created BOT and configured transfer to agent by using Dynamics 365 omnichannel .

 

When i try to access BOT within Team app, i am getting below error

When i try to access BOT directly in Team app i get below error . Transfer to agent is not supported

Please advise, how can i achieve transfer agent from BOT in team by using Omnichannel.
