Different looks in approval email

Hi,
We used Power Automate to create an approval workflow with different approval stages.
My department gets all approval emails to maintain an overview and remind some instances of their duties.

Normally when someone approves a request the Email content changes. Now a new display format occured, where it looks all fancy, but the content does not change anymore after approval.

How can this be explained?
What needs to be changed in the workflow to determine, that the "old" version is received via email?

2: "Old" Email

3: "Old" after the content was automatically deleted

If any further Information is needed, please state what should be delivered.
Thank you for your help.

    Hi @FSP1303

The screenshot you shared for the new email generally appears when actionable messages are disabled on Outlook as an IT policy or by the IT admin of the organization. If it is not the case for your tenant, can you try to clear cache and re open the email?

Also, if you select a response, it will take you to the Approval Center on Power Automate and when you respond to the approval, it does update the data in the backend.

Please also note that you cannot provide any settings in the Power Automate flow that will determine how the approval would look like on the email.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hi, @yashag2255
    thank you for your reply.

Thing is, that i get both styles of emails. So far, I have not been able to discover any systematics as to when which visualization appears. It just happens randomly.

Do you have any other ideas why this happens?

    Hi @FSP1303

It most likely is just taking more time to load to the final form that is the actionable email. Usually, it initially loads as the one you have shared in the screenshot 1.

Also, as mentioned in the previous message, if the IT Admin has blocked actionable emails on Outlook, then the approval will appear as the image in screenshot 1 only. Else, it will load as the general actionable approval message.

    Hope this Helps!
