Dears,
I'm new in PowerApps.
I'm trying to create(customize) Form for Sharepoint list.
I have "Vehicle List" list as data source.

I created "Vehicle" List for workflow.

I used lookup in "Vehicle" list in column "EmpName". And now users can select value.

I`m trying to use auto population of "EmpPosition", "CarNumber", "CarModel" based on "Vehicle List" List , but it does not work.

I think I'm doing something wrong.

Сan anyone advise how to do it?

Without more details hard to help you exactly. The good news though is this video PowerApps SharePoint LookUP Columns shows you a lot of the mechanics I think you are looking for.

    Hi @Farhat,

First of all, I would like to confirm which app were you trying to create. Is it a standalone app or a custom form on SharePoint site? SharePoint custom form is created from SharePoint list site while a standalone app is created from whether PowerApps site or PowerApps studio. You could understand better by reading below documentation:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/customize-list-form

Both way should be able to add additional lookup fields accordingly. I just tried with the SharePoint custom form, to show the additional fields of lookup column, you just need to check the check box of these columns to the Form.

If the existing lookup columns does not show in the form list, please try to create a new lookup column to test if it is correctly shown.

    Regards,

    Mona
