Hi,

I create a flow to download file from website to folder Download and then attach to email. The problem is the folder Download have many files and I only want to email only the just-downloaded file not others. I have searched google and they said that I can sort files by create time and use the phase "%Files[0]%" to get the newest file.

But there is error happened: Parameter 'Attachment(s)': Unexpected characters. Characters are used in the formula in an unexpected way.

(Power Automate Desktop)

Help please!

    Hi @jamizztran,

Can you share a screenshot of which actions/steps you are using in your desktop flow setup?

With that expression you would return all the properties of a single file. Maybe you want to refer to a specific property of that last file, for example the FullName?

    %Files[0].FullName%
