New blank Web Templates mysteriously created almost every time I open my Power Pages site (STOPPED ON 5/21)

Since last week, I noticed blank Web Templates mysteriously appearing in our portal. Nobody has created any new templates, but it seems that every time we open the site, a new blank entry is created.

I rebooted and logged back in, just to see if it would clear up anything; but that obviously wouldn't account for the entries "created by" my coworkers.

EDIT TO ADD: Happens in both Chrome and Edge. No settings were changed.

EDIT #2: As of Tuesday, May 21, this behavior seems to have stopped. I wonder if it was a strange side effect of some changes being pushed by the MS dev teams?

Has anyone else seen this? It's only happening in the Web Templates and nowhere else.
