Issue when creating web files

I have created a Power Page site today and would like to create some web files, but when I go to the management page, this happens.

I have no idea what this error meant, it's not likely to be a permission issue since the account has system administration role in the environment, I also tried with the code editor, I could create files under web-file folder, but as soon as I leave/refresh, the files are all gone. I really have no idea what's happening, thanks in advance for any help.

I didn't make any change to the site whatsoever, I tried starting from blank and immediately got this problem.

    Hi @Surendran_R ,

Thank you for the support, I ran the health checker and got these three warnings, but I'm not sure whether they have anything to do with the issue or not.

What's more strange is that somehow I have create one empty js web file that's only visible in the code editor and couldn't be find in the portal management, but I have no idea how I did that.

My site is still in trial mode, does this have any impact on web file management?

    Hi @Surendran_R

I found the two "web file" table, in the first one(adx_webfile) I didn't find the file, and judging from the "Website" column, none of the items in this table belongs to the site I'm working on right now. And when I tried to open the second one(mspp_webfile), it shows me something is wrong.

    Hello @Surendran_R

Unfortunately this issue happens again, it seems like whenever I tried to set the release date of the file, it will crush the web file table.
